Registration and profile creation is FREE OF CHARGE, so there is no cost for joining and trying out the site and all its many features. It is also free to use the "Expartner Review" application to create reviews on your expartners and to also view reviews created on you* (*initial profile, bronze and silver questions/answers).
Gold Membership is only needed to read the "Gold Section" of any review + some additional features mentioned below.
When you upgrade to gold-membership by subscribing you can start to use all the features of the site. Subscription prices are:

When will I be able to use the site? How soon after I have registered?
You will be able to navigate around most of the site as soon as you have completed the online registration form. How do I subscribe to become a "Gold Member"?
Sign up for an account on expartners.com by completing a few basic questions - once completed you may want to setup and create a "Jazzy" profile to get yourself up and running and people interested in you and your profile. Once you feel your profile is completed and you would like to activate the features only applicable for "Gold Members" - then click the Subscribe tab.
The Subscribe page will show your current membership status with the option to become a "Gold Member" and what this allows you to do. Use the drop down menus to choose a payment plan, then choose how you would like to pay (Paypal, Authorise (Visa/Mastercard), and then click the checkout button. Choose the Checkout button for one-off payments, or the recurring checkout button for repeat payments (Meaning your membership will be automatically renewed yearly so you do not have to worry about it).
How do I unsubscribe from been a "Gold Member"?
When you initially subscribe you will be given the option of a one-off payment or reccuring payment. If you choose the one-off payment you will automatically be reminded 28 days before your subscription is due to run out.. If you wish to end the subscription - this will happen automatically.
If you have taken out the reccuring plan - you will automatically be billed again at the given time period. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal feature - please contact us at Billing. Unsubscribing from the automatic renewal feature need to be done 14 days before any automatic renewal of that payment is due, or expartners.com will not have enough time to cancel the payment and cancellation will only occur on the payment afterwards.

How do I edit my profile information?
Click on the profile tab. You will then see two profile tab options:
i. Edit Profile
Click on this option to change any of the content of your profile; your personal details, your free text area etc. Remember to save your changes! Click the Save button at the foot of the page. Here you will be able to create your profile sections "About Me" "About My Match" and "Essays" - REMEMBER THE MORE INFORMATION - THE MORE LIKELY YOU WILL BE TO GET RESPONSES>

Click on the Preview tab to check how others will see your profile.
How do I temporarily suspend my profile?
There is a link at the bottom of your profile page. Click the link once to suspend the profile.
How do I reactive my suspended profile?
There is a link at the bottom of your profile page. Click the link once to reactivate the profile.
How do I remove my profile?
Click Profile and Edit Profile. At the foot of the page toward the left is the link ‘Profile Unregister’. Click the link once to remove your profile from the site. Beware that all reviews, information, pictures and data will be removed forever once you click this link.

How do I block/unblock a user from contacting me?
View the member’s profile and click on the Block link in the list of options in orange on the profile. The user will now be prevented from contacting you. To unblock a user - return to the members profile and click on the unblock user link in the list of options in orange on the profile. The user will now be able to contact you again.
How do I advertise my location to other members?
Here's a quick and easy way to announce your location to the rest of the site: Use the Tag feature on your profiles to add your county or nearest major city or any other tags eg "Sexy "Fun"
For example, Sexyman71 has added the tag 'London' to his profile. If you click on the link Tabs in the top menu you'll see that London appears in the list of tags. Click on London and his profile is displayed.
Anyone who lives in London and who tags their own profile in the same way will appear whenever the tag 'London' is clicked in the lists of tags. You can do this for any tags.
How do I browse other members’ profiles?
Click on the Members tab to view 'Featured Members' and 'Who's Online'. You can also view top rated photos and members, and tags here. The Tags and Locations link will display any tags which often include counties and towns, so that's an ideal place to start browsing too. Also login and check out our chat rooms - you never know what you will find..........
How do I search for other members?
Click on the Search tag and enter your search criteria. Leave any boxes blank if they are not relevant. Click the search button to view results. We recommend that you use only basic criteria first, and then gradually introduce more specific criteria.
How do I save the search criteria for another time?
To save the criteria to use again, click the Save this search link and give it a name. Your saved search will be available again the next time you visit the search page.

How do I upload photos?
Sign in then click on Home to reach your member homepage. Click on ‘photo’ in the sub menu that appears underneath the main tabs. On the next page click on one of the empty boxes to the right (“no photo”) and then use the Browse button that appears to find and upload a photo from your computer. Wait for the photo to upload. When complete you’ll see the photo in the larger box and a thumbnail to the right. You can add a description by clicking on the description link and adding some text.

Select the photo by clicking on the small copy to the right so that it appears in the larger box. Click on the description link and add some descriptive text. To make a photo private you need to sign in then click on Home to reach your member homepage. Click on ‘photo’ in the sub menu that appears underneath the main tabs. Select one of the photos by clicking on the small copy to the right so that it appears in the larger box. Then click on the box marked "Private".
How do I change the primary photo?
Sign in then click on Home to reach your member homepage. Click on ‘upload photo’ in the sub menu that appears underneath the main tabs. Select one of the photos by clicking on the small copy to the right so that it appears in the larger box. Click on the ‘make thumbnail’ link and it will appear as your profile’s main photo
How do I upload multimedia to my profile?
Sign in then click on Home to reach your member homepage. Click on ‘upload multimedia’ in the sub menu that appears underneath the main tabs. Enter a name for the clip and a short description then use the Browse button to find and upload the clip. Please note that clips should be no more than 2MBs in size.

Sign in as normal and then click on the tab "My Partners". This will bring up the exclusive section dedicated to creating reviews on your expartners and current partner. Click on the tab "My Ex Partners" and then click on "Add new Ex-profile" on the right-hand side of the screen. This will open up the "Initial Profile" Summary and will bring up a set of questions to complete fully.
Once completed - Press SAVE and then click on the "Bronze Questions" tab. This will then bring up a set of questions to be completed about your expartner and the relationship. Please complete these questions in an open and honest way in order to make the experience worthwhile for both parties.
Once completed - press SAVE and then click on the "Silver Questions" tab This will then bring up a set of new more personal questions to be completed about your expartner and the relationship. Please complete these questions in an open and honest way in order to make the experience worthwhile for both parties.

What is included in a review?
Each review consists of 4 sections - Initial Profile, Bronze, Silver and Gold Questions. The initial profile is an overview of the relationship and its history. The Bronze questions are about your ex/current partner and feelings. The Silver questions are more intimate and informational about a number of areas of the relationship including trust, feelings, attractiveness and sex.
The Gold questions are a series of intimate questions about how you really felt about your ex/current partner - and are "HOT and SIZZLING". Completing the Gold questions will be a joyful experience - and to read your own "Gold Question" review by an expartner is guaranteed to make you curious and interested. Are you really as good as you think you are ???????
How do I send the review to my expartners for approval and rating?
During the completion of the "Bronze Question" section - you will be asked to enter your expartners email address. Expartners.com will then upon completion of the review and the clicking of the "Send Review" button will send an email to the address given.

Can I set the review to be private/public to other people?
Upon initially filling in the review - you will be asked in the "Bronze Question" section for the status of the review to be one of the following statuses:
Public: Full review and content can be seen by any member on expartners.com including the gold question section will be available to all "Gold Members".
Private: Review content and Bronze, Silver and Gold sections can only be seen by the author of the review and the person reviewed. Initial Profile will be available to all members of expartners.com
My Friends: Review content and Bronze, Silver and Gold sections can only be seen by the author of the review and the person reviewed + any member of the authors "My Friends" List. Initial Profile will be available to all members of expartners.com
His/Her Friends: Review content and Bronze, Silver and Gold sections can only be seen by the author of the review and the person reviewed + any member of the reviewed "My Friends" List. Initial Profile will be available to all members of expartners.com
How does my ex/current partner rate the review and reply back?
Upon receiving the email from expartners.com informing them that they have had a review created by you and it is awaiting their review - your expartner will then be asked to login to expartners.com using the email address used within the email notification. Upon logging in - they will see a section on their homepage called "Partner Reviews" flashing. Upon clicking this link - they will be taken into the expartners.com review section and will be able to open your review.
Once they have read the review - they will be able to give it a rating of 1-5 for honesty (1-low to 10-High) and will be asked to approve the profile status to be one of the following. Upon approving/amending the profile status and providing a rating score - the review will be updated/published and locked for a period of 28 days. They will also be prompted to review you back and so creating a two-way information flow.
How do I read/rate and status my own reviews?
When you login - on your homepage you will see a flashing icon "Partner Reviews" - click on this tab and you will be taken to your review page. Here you will see the reviews you have created and the ones created on you. Click on the review you would like to read/rate. You will then be taken into the review itself. Within the review you can do the three following options:
Read Profile: When you login to the review - you will be given four tabs to choice and read dependent on your membership status "Initial Profile" "Bronze Questions" "Silver Questions" and "Gold Questions". Clicking on each tab will bring up a new set of answers/reviews and will provide you with answers to them questions we all ask ourselves.......!!! "Free" Members are able to read all tabs apart from the "Gold Questions". "Gold" Members are able to read all tabs.
Rate Profile: When you login to the review - you will be given the chance to rate the review for honesty from a scale of one to five with five been the highest (Descriptions used). Once you rate the review with a description - this will be saved and published on the review. This score can be changed.
Status Viewing Option: Upon reading and rating the review - you will then be given the privacy option as the reviewed party to be able to amend the status that the review has been set at. If you are okay to keep the review at the status given by the author - then do not amend anything. However if you would like to make the review "Public" "Private" "My Friends" "His/Her Friends" - then you can change the review to the new status. The review will then be locked for a period of 28 days with the given attributes. If after 28 days any amendments are made to the review - you will be notified and asked to authorise the amendments.
How do I have a review deleted/removed?
If you feel that a review created on you is not applicable to any of the above status viewing options and you would like it to be removed immediately - please contact us at review-deletion inserting the following
Subject Header - Review Deletion
Body - URL of review and reason for removal
We will deem to remove all unacceptable reviews within a 48hr time period. During that time you will be able to block the review as private to you and the author regardless.
How do I make contact with an ex?
The easiest way to make contact with an ex online is to create a review of them and to send it over to them. After been apart from someone for a long-time, it can seem weird just to make contact saying hello but at expartners.com we help you to overcome that in a unique and original way. Click on the members profile photo and view the full profile. Click on the Send Message link, enter your message, then click on the Send button.
How do I send a virtual greeting?
Click the virtual greeting link and select one of the greeting options. There’s one to say you’d like to get in touch, another to send an apology, and another to express your admiration of the member’s profile.
How do I list an event?
Click on Events in the menu at the top of the page above the site logo. Enter the date of the event (or the date it begins if more than one day), the event location, and a brief description, then click the ‘create’ button. Submitted events will be reviewed before being made visible to other members
What are tags and how do I use them?
Tags are keywords that you can add to your profile that highlight your main interests or what you’re looking for. You can search for each others tags to find people who have the same thing in common.
What are bookmarks and how do I use them?
View the member’s profile and click on the Bookmark link in the list of options in orange on the profile. The user’s profile will now be added to your list of bookmarks which you can review when you click the home link and examine your own profile area. To remove the bookmark, return to the member’s profile and click on the Remove Bookmark link in the list of options in orange on the profile.

How do I invite a friend to use this site?
Sign-in to your homepage - and on the bottom-right hand side of the screen you will see the box "INVITE A FRIEND" - Enter your friends email address into the box and click submit and an introductory email will be sent out to them inviting them o come and join the expartners.com experience. How is my privacy protected?
expartners.com does not share your information with any third parties. We advise all our members not to divulge any personal contact information to other members until they feel sure it is safe to do so. We advise our members to communicate with other members through the site using the various functions within it. By doing so you can enjoy communicating with others while maintaining your privacy.
Members are advised to use caution and discretion when adding personal information to their profiles. For example, if you would rather not reveal your date of birth or other information of this nature we suggest that you use alternatives. Use a fake date of birth and have two birthdays; one is your 'public' birthday and the other is your personal birthday.

How safe is online dating?
